My friend Abe(Treasure Mammal) is out of town in Houston, and I ran into Becky at Casey Moores who had a lot of interesting observations and she said something nice about me so I guess she’s a real friend.  She had said ”You know what I like about you Brandon. You’re genuine. Most people when they first meet you are all ‘hey what’s up!’, but then they don’t REALLY care. You’re not like that. You’re distant. You’re genuine.” Anyway she was drunk, but I think she sorta meant it.

now my empty cup tastes as sweet as the punch

In the adventure department, I’ve been doing a lot of riding around in a motorcycle sidecar. Yes, you read that right. The best way to describe it is that it feels like being on the ride “space mountain” at disneyland only without the safety features.
A legend is sung, of when England was young, and knights were brave and bold. The good king had died, and no one could decide who was rightful heir to the throne. It seemed that the land would be torn by war, or saved by a miracle alone. And that miracle appeared in London town: The Sword in the Stone.

And below the hilt, in letters of gold: “Whoso pulleth out this sword from this stone and anvil is rightwise king, born of England.” Though many tried for the sword with all their strength, none could move the sword. So the miracle had not worked. And in time, the marvelous sword was forgotten. This was a Dark Age….

Should be about 8 or 9 days from now, and I still have to get the covers made. lt;br /><br />If any of want a copy I will send you one for FREE as a reward for you not deleting me and taking the time to read my endlessly boring, meandering futile entries that are often filled with both misogyny and obscure pop culture references. Just send me a message on myspace or let me know where to send it, and you’ll probably get it in a few weeks.
