So I’m in the process of buying a place. They accepted my offer, and I just went through the inspection period. I’m scheduled to close on November 9. It’s just a matter of whether everything goes through without any snags. It’s on 38th st between Indian School and Campbell, a few blocks from LGO etc. It was built in 1967…the same year Casino Royale came out so I will finally have a proper “Bond villain headquarters” from which to operate from. And yes, I do realize I’m closer to being “Dr. Noah” than Dr. No.
It’s a two bedroom, in case I want to start a family or something(which I think I do but I reserve the right to change my mind about that.) Phoenix is really a great place to be right now. I finally feel like I’m in the right place at the right time.
